PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.- The Pali Blues Soccer Club of the USL W-League proudly announced today the launching of the team website, www.bluessoccerclub.com. The fully-interactive site will serve as the primary information outlet for the club.
“It is critical to have a website for functional league purposes, sponsors and most importantly, our fans,” Blues General Manager and Head Coach Charlie Naimo stated. “We have aggressive plans that will encourage fans from all over the world to frequent the site.”
Naimo then commented on the topic of international traffic to the website.
“We will soon begin releasing future expansion plans, player information and events,” he continued. “As those plans unfold, we our confident that we will attract international attention.”
The Pali Blues recently announced their intent to join the W-League this past October. Naimo, a two-time W-League Coach of the Year, was immediately hired to man the sidelines for the club. His coaching staff has since increased with the hiring of Walid and Ziad Khoury in addition to former UCLA standout and Washington Freedom defender Skylar Little.
The Pali Blues will be playing in the Western Conference. Joining them in the Conference will be Ventura Fusion, LA Storm, Ft. Collins Force, Real Colorado, Seattle Sounders and the famed Vancouver Whitecaps.
“I am very excited to experience a new conference, and I feel the Pali Blues will be a strong representative,” Naimo remarked. “We will strive for excellence in all facets of the game both on and off the field in our inaugural season.”
The Pali Blues are set to make their W-League debut this summer. All updates regarding the team will be released through the team website at www.bluessoccerclub.com.
