Rudi Bianchi was born in Milan, Italy and moved to New York in 1982.  He then moved to Pacific Palisades, California, in 1985 where he has resided ever since. Rudi was a league championship coach for the Crossroads Boys Varsity soccer team in 2007 and holds a California Youth Soccer Association National "D" license. From 1998-2002, he wrote a column for Goal International Magazine. Rudi has organized and promoted several professional soccer matches in partnership with the Los Angeles Coliseum and the city of Los Angeles from 1996 to 2000. He was also a member of the organizing committee for the 1994 World Cup in the United States. Rudi has coached and developed several players who went on to play in Division I college soccer programs, and he has been involved with soccer for his entire life, both as a player and a coach.
